Job summary

Chief of Staff Kc is seeking a hands-on Warehouse/Operations Manager in the Kansas City area to lead a small warehouse team and oversee daily operations. This role reports to ownership and emphasizes initiative, problem solving, and visible impact with room to grow.

You will manage inbound receiving, outbound shipping, inventory accuracy, and workflow planning, while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or operations experience, including 1-2 years leading a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a get-it-done attitude.
• Comfortable with inventory and shipping systems, and quick to learn new technology.
• A coach who builds people up and holds them accountable.
• Able to work independently and communicate clearly with leadership.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand on feet as needed.
• Preferred: experience with kitting, e-commerce fulfillment, or a 3PL environment.

Responsibilities
