Red Rover Recruitment is assisting a major consumer packaged goods manufacturer in Wixom, MI in seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day operations across three buildings in a fast-moving make-and-ship environment.

You will manage receipt, storage, and dispatch, coach hourly staff, ensure safety, and maintain inventory accuracy. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with 3–5 years in warehouse management, and proficiency in Word and Excel.

• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Highly organized with ability to build clear workflows that keep a busy floor running smoothly.

Responsabilidades

• Lead from the floor each day, setting the pace and supporting the team hands-on.
• Coordinate loading, unloading, staging, and material movement for production and shipping.
• Coach and manage hourly staff day-to-day, handling issues quickly and professionally.
• Own safety, housekeeping, and proper use of forklifts and equipment.
• Manage inventory control, order processing, and physical counts.
• Backup to Traffic and help cover shipping execution when needed.
• Keep basic daily reporting and visibility on priorities, workflow, and problems.

Our client is one of North America’s largest and fastest-growing consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturers, partnering with some of the world’s most recognizable global brands. We are seeking a smart, capable, and highly driven Warehouse Manager to lead structure, drive efficient process and flow, and bring efficiency and order to fast-moving environments. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong operational backbone. The successful candidate will have proven experience managing warehouses in a make-and-ship operation and the confidence to lead from the front. A strong personality is key, along with the ability to hold teams accountable, drive performance, and continuously improve how work gets done.

Purpose of Position

This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the warehouse. The Warehouse Manager will oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of components, raw materials, and finished product across 3 different buildings. This position is responsible for staffing, training, and monitoring performance and progress of workforce. This position ensures workplace health and safety requirements are met and takes responsibility for the security of the employees, stock, and building.
