Job summary

Artemis seeks two Warehouse Supervisors to lead swing shift operations in a high‑volume distribution center. You will coach a team of about 20 associates, oversee receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting, and drive safety and quality standards.

You will monitor labor productivity and KPIs, implement continuous improvements, and collaborate with inventory, transportation, and customer service to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
• Experience leading warehouse teams of approximately 20+ associates.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, cycle counting.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF/barcode scanning technology.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Onsite work commitment for day or swing shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates and team leads to achieve goals.

Position Overview:

We are seeking two Warehouse Supervisors to provide hands‑on leadership for swing shift operations within a large-scale distribution center. This role is responsible for leading warehouse associates, driving operational performance, ensuring safety and quality standards, and delivering exceptional customer service in a high‑velocity environment.

The ideal candidate is an energetic leader who thrives on the warehouse floor, enjoys coaching teams, and has experience managing productivity, inventory accuracy, and daily warehouse operations within a distribution or 3PL environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates and team leads to achieve operational and productivity goals.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, put‑away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and cycle counting.
• Monitor labor productivity and key performance indicators while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company operating procedures.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology to maintain operational accuracy.
• Partner with inventory, transportation, customer service, and operations teams to resolve issues and meet customer expectations.
• Manage staffing priorities, workflow balancing, and labor allocation in a fast‑paced environment.
• Support employee engagement, coaching, performance management, and ongoing development.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, and process discipline.
• Foster a culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Must Haves:

• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
• Experience leading warehouse teams of approximately 20 or more associates.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse operations.
• Experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF/barcode scanning technology.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite and commit to either day or swing shift.

Nice Haves:

• Third-party logistics (3PL) experience.
• Experience within retail, e-commerce, consumer products, or large distribution center operations.
• Experience operating or training on material handling equipment, including reach trucks, stand‑up forklifts, and order pickers.
• Exposure to labor planning, KPI reporting, budgeting, or operational metrics
