Job summary

Dover Corporation in Kent, Ohio seeks a Warehouse Manager to direct daily shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities. You will lead warehouse personnel, improve material flow, and ensure safe operations in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Key duties include driving OT delivery performance, maintaining accurate inventory, and overseeing SOPs for training and continuous improvement. Strong ERP/MRP experience, especially SAP, is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of logistics coordination experience including domestic and international shipping/receiving.
• 3+ years managing daily warehouse logistics transactions, documentation, and carrier scheduling.
• 2+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial distribution environment.
• 2+ years ERP/MRP experience, SAP preferred.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/leadership role in a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule warehouse personnel handling receiving, material handling, picking/packing, and outbound shipping operations.
• Drive operational logistics metrics, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), packaging accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain safe, organized, and efficient warehouse operations by optimizing space, layout, and inventory labeling.
• Enforce OSHA safety compliance and conduct regular safety audits and hazard assessments.
• Oversee forklift and PIT safety programs, ensuring operator training and daily inspections.
• Manage RGA, outside processing, and service order workflows; document intercompany shipments.
• Coordinate complex logistics and compliance documentation (BOL, customs docs, certificates).
