Job summary

Destaco in Kent, Ohio is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee receiving, storage, and shipping operations on site. You will lead a team, drive OTDelivery, ensure accurate picking/packing, and maintain a safe, compliant warehouse.

The role requires strong leadership, ERP/MRP experience (SAP preferred), and a track record of reducing costs while improving inventory accuracy and on-time performance. Occasional travel and a discretionary bonus plan are part of the package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years logistics coordination including domestic and international shipping.
• 3+ years managing daily warehouse logistics transactions and carrier scheduling.
• 2+ years supervising a warehouse team in manufacturing or distribution.
• 2+ years ERP/MRP experience, SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule warehouse staff for receiving, material handling, picking/packing, and outbound shipping.
• Drive OTD, packaging accuracy, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Maintain safe, organized warehouse operations with optimized space and labeling.
• Enforce OSHA compliance and safety audits.
• Oversee forklift/PIT safety program and daily inspections.
• Manage intercompany and multi-site shipments and RGA processes.
