Acloché LLC is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the headquarters warehouses. The role focuses on supervising a team, optimizing receiving, storage, and distribution of materials, and driving safety and efficiency across operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, 2+ years in warehouse leadership, and be preparing for a SAP transition within the next few years. This position emphasizes cost-effective, timely product flow and compliance with regulations.

Qualificações

• Solid warehouse operations experience for a manufacturing operation and at least 2 years of prior warehouse leadership experience.
• Knowledge of a warehouse management system; plan to move to SAP within a couple of years.
• The greater your relevant academic experience the better, but the work experience is paramount.
• Good leadership and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a team of warehouse associates in HQ operations.
• Develop and implement inventory control strategies and KPIs.
• Ensure accuracy of inbound/outbound shipments and inventory records.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Manage equipment and maintenance programs for the warehouse and shipping areas.
• Collaborate with QA to resolve issues affecting shipping readiness.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize costs and service levels.
• Prepare and present weekly KPI reports to leadership.
