Job summary

Soap Creek Resources, a leading agricultural equipment manufacturer, seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead the headquarters warehouses. You will supervise 10 associates, direct receiving, storage and distribution of all materials, and drive safe, timely, and cost-effective output.

You will develop supply chain strategies, monitor KPIs, ensure inventory accuracy, and collaborate with QA to resolve issues. Relocation assistance is available, and a strong benefits package supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Solid warehouse operations experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of a warehouse management system; moving to SAP within a couple of years.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 10 warehouse associates in the operation of the warehouses.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies; update weekly KPIs.
• Be accountable for all inventory and finished goods shipping and warehouse duties.
• Ensure accuracy and timely transactions for inbound/outbound products; partner with QA to resolve issues.
• Conduct cycle counts; determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and capital expenditure proposals.
• Oversee safe operation of large forklifts for special projects.
• Meet periodic shipping volume objectives and report exceptions.
• Ensure products meet quality standards for packaging and completeness.
• Serve as go-to expert on WMS and shipping processes; daily validations.
