Job summary

Dart Container is seeking an Operations Manager to lead production operations in a large, complex manufacturing facility. The role oversees multiple operations across several buildings and focuses on safety, quality, efficiency, and service.

You will drive strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation while promoting a culture of safety and GMP compliance through servant leadership in a continuous operations environment. Relocation assistance is offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing or operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field with leadership experience.
• Experience supervising department managers across functions.
• Knowledge of budgeting, planning, cost analysis, and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize production operations to meet KPI targets for safety, quality, and service.
• Lead continuous improvement using tools like 5 Whys, Kaizen, and fishbone diagrams.
• Develop and implement improved processes focusing on safety, quality, and cost.
• Plan, budget, and allocate resources across multiple buildings.
• Foster GMP-compliant safety culture through servant leadership in continuous operations.
