Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics or supply chain with 5 years in distribution/shipping operations leadership.
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in a high-volume warehouse or distribution center.
- Advanced knowledge of budgeting, planning, resource allocation and cost analysis.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee truck fleet, production planning, purchasing, warehousing and distribution.
- Drive safety, quality, efficiency, maintenance and service improvements.
- Lead operational excellence and strategic initiatives.
- Develop budgets, reports and cost analyses.
