Job summary

Ingram Micro Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to provide frontline leadership in a high-volume distribution center. You will coordinate labor, monitor performance, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time shipping.

You will work with Warehouse Supervisors to reinforce SOPs, drive continuous improvement, and develop the team through onboarding and training. The role requires strong communication and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, material handling, or a related operational environment.
• Working knowledge of warehouse functions such as receiving, processing, sortation, inventory movement, packing, and shipping.
• Experience monitoring productivity, throughput, quality, or other operational performance metrics.
• Ability to lead by example, communicate expectations, provide coaching, and support team accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support Warehouse Associates in meeting daily safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and customer service expectations.
• Communicate shift priorities, work assignments, performance goals, safety topics, and operational updates.
• Monitor productivity, throughput, labor utilization, quality, and inventory accuracy; provide real-time feedback and recognition.
• Coordinate staffing and workflow across receiving, processing, sortation, inventory movement, packing, and shipping activities.
• Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks and escalate equipment, staffing, safety, quality, or process issues when needed.
• Ensure associates follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, quality requirements, and company policies.
