Job summary

Heraeus Covantics in Chandler, AZ seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and logistics activities supporting manufacturing output and customer commitments. You will oversee a team, manage receiving, storage, inventory, Kanban replenishment, and on-time shipment performance while partnering with Operations, Procurement, and Customer Service.

The role requires strong SAP experience (EWM preferred), 5S/Lean knowledge, and a focus on data-driven improvement, safety, and compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, and inventory management experience in manufacturing or advanced materials
• 2+ years in a supervisory role managing direct reports
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving and shipping processes
• ERP experience with SAP; SAP EWM highly preferred
• Lean manufacturing, Kanban, 5S, and continuous improvement experience

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse personnel and manage performance
• Direct all warehouse operations—receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping
• Maintain inventory integrity via cycle counting and audits
• Oversee Kanban and replenishment systems to ensure material availability
• Manage inbound/outbound logistics and coordinate with carriers
• Ensure SAP transactions for inventory movements and shipments
• Develop and report warehouse KPIs and drive improvements
• Lead 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure safety compliance and audit support
• Handle special projects as needed
