Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, shipping and receiving in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Reporting to the Department Manager, you will direct the loading workforce, plan logistics with trucking firms, and drive inventory accuracy, safety compliance and cost control while mentoring team members. Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment
• Food/beverage manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced setting
• Direct loading workforce and establish priorities to meet customer demands
• Plan and coordinate logistics with trucking firms to ensure timely shipments and minimize freight cost
• Enforce processes for inventory accuracy and GMP/SQF compliance
• Lead and develop warehouse staff and forklift operators
