Job summary

Revolution Foods is seeking a Warehouse Lead in California to oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate shipping/receiving, and mentor the assigned team. You will drive efficiency and ensure accurate inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include stocking, picking, staging, and cross‑department collaboration with production, sanitation, and maintenance. Prior forklift/ERP experience and strong leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule incl. varied shifts and weekends.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with ERP systems and forklifts.
• Food production or manufacturing background.

Responsibilities

• Label, sort, wrap, pack shipments and loading/unloading.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with counts and cycle counts.
• Coordinate with production, sanitation, and maintenance.
• Ensure FIFO and proper storage for dairy products.
• Lead and guide the team to maximize efficiency.
