Job summary

Roskam Foods seeks an experienced warehouse operations leader to direct daily functions across shipping, receiving, inventory, and material flow at multiple shifts. You will manage budgets, labor plans, and KPIs while ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualified candidates bring 5+ years in multi-shift warehouse leadership, proficiency with WMS/YMS/ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics), and strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics, operations.
• 5+ years of progressive warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience managing supervisors and hourly warehouse teams across multiple shifts.
• Experience with budgets, labor plans, and KPIs.
• Knowledge of food manufacturing safety, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with WMS, YMS, ERP systems and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material flow.
• Balance customer service, production needs, labor coverage, and space utilization.
• Manage budgets for labor, equipment, and operating expenses.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, allergen control, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop leadership bench strength and coach supervisory staff.
