Job summary

Signature Solar is seeking a Warehouse Production Manager in Sulphur Springs, TX to lead the distribution and storage of finished goods, focusing on safety, quality, accuracy, service, and cost control.

You will manage the operations team, drive process improvements, develop SOPs, collaborate with procurement, logistics, and quality control, and establish performance metrics to sustain high productivity.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience.
• Exceptional customer service and strong verbal/written communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and MS Access.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations team through regular meetings and performance reviews.
• Implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Drive supply chain value through mapping and root cause analysis.
• Develop SOPs and policies to ensure efficient distribution.
