Job summary

Signature Solar seeks a dependable Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 11am-8pm CST) in Sulphur Springs, TX. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, and distributing products, along with accurate inventory management and a clean, safe warehouse environment.

The role requires careful order processing, adherence to procedures, and teamwork to meet shipping deadlines. Prior warehouse experience is a plus; training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High accuracy in reading SKU numbers and processing orders.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team.
• Proven punctuality and reliability.
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus (training provided).
• Experience with pallet jacks and strapping tools.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and label outgoing shipments according to procedures.
• Inspect products for defects before packaging and shipment.
• Package products securely to prevent damage.
• Routinely stack/unstack products and lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
• Assist in organizing and stocking received products and optimize space usage.
• Monitor inventory of packaging materials and notify when replenishment is needed.
• Collaborate with team to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE guidelines.
