Signature Solar is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the 1st shift in Sulphur Springs, TX. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, and distributing products, maintaining inventory accuracy and a clean warehouse environment.

The role requires lifting 50+ lbs, operating pallet jacks, and adhering to safety protocols. Experience in warehouses is a plus, and training is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High level of accuracy in reading SKU numbers and processing orders.
• Ability to work not only alone, but alongside team members on a daily basis.
• A track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Experience with pallet jacks and strapping tools.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and label outgoing shipments according to established procedures and shipping guidelines.
• Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging and prior to shipment.
• Package all products securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Routinely stack and unstack products, and lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
• Assist in organizing and stocking received products in appropriate warehouse locations, ensuring efficient use of space.
• Monitor inventory of packaging materials (boxes, tape, labels, etc.) and notify supervisors when supplies need replenishing.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and time-efficient work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and equipment guidelines, including proper PPE use.
• All other duties as assigned.
