Job summary

Quest Oracle Community is seeking a Warehouse Lead to collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor, determine daily workload, set priorities, and direct a team to meet daily objectives while delivering superior service to distribution centers, customers, and suppliers. The role requires 2–5 years of warehouse experience, strong leadership, and proven communication skills.

The position is shift-based, with a pay rate of $21/hour and a preference for OSHA-regulation familiarity within a warehouse

Qualifications

• 2–5 years warehouse experience with import/export receiving and shipping
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Supervisors to determine daily, weekly, and monthly workload.
• Direct team of employees and provide leadership to meet daily objectives.
• Assist employees with exceptions and problem resolution.
• Unload and load shipments, put away and replenish, receive and pick products.
• Conduct item counts and communicate issues to Supervisor.
• Train and assess new employees and retrain as necessary.
• Ensure duties are performed accurately and efficiently; support safety initiatives.
• Assist management with other duties as needed.
