Job summary

Bright Talent, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Operations Manager in San Jose, CA to lead the full order fulfillment cycle and drive safety, accuracy, and on-time performance across the warehouse.

You will supervise floor teams, foster a safety-first culture, and coordinate with HR, QA, and logistics partners to meet SLAs and customer expectations. This hands-on role requires strong leadership and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in warehouse operations with 15+ direct reports.
• Experience in manufacturing and metal fabrication settings.
• Strong process discipline and labor planning.
• Ability to analyze data and present findings clearly.
• Familiarity with ISO procedures and crane operation standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, supervising Floor Supervisors.
• Foster safety culture and ensure compliance across shifts.
• Develop floor supervisors into leaders with HR support.
• Own quality across processes, including ISO and inspections.
• Maintain organized warehouse with traceability and maintenance.
• Track metrics and report to senior leadership.
• Partner with Sales to support customers and growth.
• Identify cost-saving process improvements while keeping clean ops.
