Job summary

Lineage in Stockton, CA seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team to meet service, quality, and safety standards. The role focuses on supervising staff, coordinating shipments, inventory control, and reporting to plant leadership.

You will plan production schedules, allocate resources, and monitor productivity while maintaining safe, compliant work practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.; work in cold and hot storage conditions while wearing PPE.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Comfortable with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Manage operational procedures including incoming and outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources for job completion while tracking time and production records.
• Track and send reports to designated plant personnel.
• Track warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure product availability.
