Job summary

Consolidated Electronic Wire and Cable is seeking a Warehouse/Production Supervisor to lead direct reports in a safe, efficient environment while meeting production targets and quality standards. You will mentor staff, plan workloads, and ensure ISO 9001 and OSHA compliance across the department.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, corrective actions, and driving continuous improvements to reduce waste and improve KPIs.

Qualifications

• Supervisor/warehouse experience required.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Problem solving and adaptability to change/improvements.
• Clear verbal, electronic and written communication.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Proficient with MRP/ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead production and warehouse direct reports to meet targets.
• Mentor, train and develop employees for growth.
• Plan and execute production schedules to satisfy goals.
• Ensure ISO 9001 and OSHA compliance throughout the department.
• Conduct performance reviews and address issues as needed.
• Maintain safe, efficient operations and housekeeping.
• Utilize AS400 to access production requirements and report daily completions.
• Drive continuous improvement and reduce waste.
• Monitor KPIs and communicate progress daily.
