Job summary

WireCo is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely production of premium ropes. You will oversee fabrication, assembly, material handling, and warehousing while enforcing ISO 9001, safety, and environmental guidelines.

The role requires strong leadership, decisive problem-solving, and ability to develop staff through coaching and training. You will report to the Manufacturing Leadership Team and drive WireCo's operational

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing operations with leadership experience.
• Experience leading production teams to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production employees to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
• Coordinate daily production priorities and ensure schedules are met.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with planning, maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams.
• Ensure proper training and qualification of staff for safety and efficiency.
