Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma.
• A combination of education and experience in industrial manufacturing is required.
• Experience in wire and cable manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring schedules and productivity standards are met.
• Advise team on procedures, safety, and performance expectations for efficiency.
• Assist manager in developing and implementing operational goals aligning with priorities.
• Ensure work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Coach staff through training, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate processes across departments to optimize workflow and meet targets.
