Job summary

WireCo WorldGroup is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, directing production teams to deliver high-quality ropes safely and on schedule. You will drive continuous improvement and uphold WireCo values across all shifts.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on safety, and experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, Lean principles, and ERP-driven production control. Join a team committed to quality, reliability, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; preferred 2+ years in supervisory lead role.
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality systems and manufacturing operations.
• Lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production teams to meet safety, quality, and productivity objectives.
• Direct daily production priorities and assignments for the shift.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with planning, maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and employee development activities.
