Job summary

PRIER Products, Inc. is seeking an experienced Shipping, Receiving & Warehouse Supervisor to lead a two‑shift operation, directing receiving, shipping, and inventory personnel.

You’ll ensure accurate, on‑time sales orders to a diverse customer base while maintaining RM/FG accuracy and JIT material flow. Responsibilities include Lean culture, staff mentoring, and cross‑functional collaboration with Quality, Customer Service, and Production Control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse/distribution supervision or management within a manufacturing environment.
• BS/BA in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and manage a team of receiving, shipping, and inventory personnel across 1st and 2nd shifts.
• Hire, train, mentor, and develop warehouse staff; adjust staffing for seasonal demand fluctuations.
• Foster a lean culture (5S) and continuous improvement; mentor and develop the team.
• Plan, organize, direct, and control all outbound shipments to ensure sales orders ship accurately and on time (OTIF).
• Manage order picking, packing, and shipping across multiple channels (retail, wholesale, direct, e‑commerce).
• Coordinate international shipments, including customs documentation and brokers.
• Coordinate with Traffic & Logistics Specialist on freight contracts and carrier performance.
• Maintain ERP data integrity and KPI tracking; ensure safety and quality compliance.
