Job summary

Brady Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a hands-on warehouse team and oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping. You will ensure end-to-end inventory integrity for raw materials and finished goods and align SAP data with on-the-floor realities to drive On-Time Delivery (OTD).

Qualifications

• High school Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of high volume distribution supervision experience.
• Experience with SAP and warehouse control or management software.
• Experience with barcode and scanning technologies to improve picking/packaging efficiencies.
• Proven track record of establishing disciplined work processes and improving those processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and execute inventory requirement plans using SAP; establish optimal stocking levels for raw materials and finished products.
• Supervise all warehouse material movement, returns, and plant-level metrics to ensure fluid logistics.
• Lead the cycle counting program in active and overstock locations; identify root causes of inventory discrepancies.
• Make approved inventory adjustments; identify where discrepancies originate and trends.
• Develop and implement long-term solutions to reduce error rates, lower costs, and improve picking/packaging efficiencies.
• Direct, mentor, and supervise the warehouse team to ensure disciplined work processes and safety compliance.
• Track and present periodic reports on inventory accuracy goals and operational performance to senior leadership.
