Job summary

Bradycorp in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse execution on-site. You will ensure safe, accurate, and timely flow of materials, parts, finished goods and returns while developing the team and improving customer service and productivity.

Job description

The Warehouse Manager leads end-to-end warehouse execution for Brady’s Intelligent Productivity Solutions -Enterprise Mobility (EM) operations, ensuring the safe, accurate and timely flow of materials, parts, finished goods and returns. This leader owns daily performance, develops the team, strengthens inventory control, and partners across the value stream to improve customer service, productivity, quality, and working capital.

You will work out of our Charlotte, NC location on an On-site work schedule.

Safety, compliance and quality

• Create and sustain a safe, organized and inclusive workplace; visibly lead safety routines, risk reviews, incident follow-up and corrective actions.
• Ensure warehouse activities comply with applicable legal, environmental, trade, dangerous-goods, security and company requirements.
• Maintain standard work, training records, equipment inspections and audit readiness; escalate material risks promptly.
• Protect product quality through effective handling, storage, packaging, traceability and nonconformance controls.

Operational execution and customer service

• Lead receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, returns and reverse-logistics execution to meet customer and service commitments.
• Balance labor, space, dock capacity and priorities across daily demand; manage constraints and recovery plans through tiered operating rhythms.
• Coordinate transportation, carrier performance and shipment exceptions with Logistics, Customer Service and Trade Compliance partners.

Inventory, assets and systems

• Own inventory accuracy through cycle counting, physical inventory, transaction discipline, root-cause analysis and corrective action.
• Manage warehouse assets and infrastructure, including material-handling equipment, scanners, racks, workstations and storage locations.
• Use warehouse, FWS Factory Workflow System and reporting systems to maintain data integrity, monitor flow and support business decisions.

Performance and continuous improvement

• Establish visual controls and a practical KPI framework covering safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, inventory and people development.
• Lead structured problem solving and continuous improvement using Lean methods such as standard work, 5S, Kaizen and daily management.
• Identify and deliver projects that improve flow, capacity, labor productivity, space utilization, working capital and customer experience.
• Support technology and process modernization, including scanning, automation, analytics and system transitions.

People leadership and collaboration

• Set clear expectations, coach performance, recognize contributions and build capability through cross-training, development plans and succession planning.
• Create an environment where employees are empowered to use data, raise concerns, contribute ideas and take ownership for results.
• Build strong working relationships with Repair Operations, Planning, Procurement, Quality, HSE, Finance, IT, Customer Service, Sales and third-party logistics providers.
• Lead change with clear communication, disciplined implementation and respect for employees and customers.
