Brady Corporation in Milwaukee area is seeking a Material Handler to manage shipping, receiving, and inventory with cycle counts and forklift operation. You will ensure accurate records, load/unload trucks, and support continuous improvement initiatives in the warehouse.

The role requires a high school diploma, warehouse experience, ability to lift 70 lbs, and SAP proficiency. Candidates should be detail oriented and able to obtain forklift certification; readiness to work in a dynamic

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse experience, preferably in shipping/finished goods.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs., push/pull 20 lbs., climb 12 ladder rungs regularly.
• Follow standard operating procedures and stay productive.
• Self-motivated with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with SAP.
• Ability to obtain forklift and other equipment certifications.
• Highly detail oriented in handling shipments and records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct error investigations to improve warehouse processes.
• Perform cycle counts and identify inventory issues.
• Handle domestic and international shipping and receiving tasks.
• Verify shipping records against bills, invoices and orders.
• Prepare documentation for shipments and maintain shipping records.
• Ensure accurate shipping of products and production orders.
• Report shipping problems to the supervisor and log transactions in SAP.
• Load shipments by hand or using equipment and complete receiving activities.
