Job summary

BradyPLUS in Livermore, CA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and develop the warehouse team, ensuring safe, efficient operations and accurate order fulfillment. The role involves coordinating with leaders, maintaining safety practices, and leveraging routing software and ERP systems to optimize performance.

The ideal candidate will have warehouse leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of achieving operational goals while maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in warehouse operations or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team supervision and training.
• Results-driven with ability to lead a diverse warehouse and driver team to meet daily goals.
• Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, and delivery processes with emphasis on inventory control.
• Proficiency in establishing efficient driver routes and streamlined delivery systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the selection, training, direction, and motivation of warehouse personnel to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Lead, Warehouse Manager and Operations Manager; provide coverage during their absence.
• Ensure all safety equipment is properly maintained and used according to safety standards.
• Utilize routing software to optimize delivery routes, assign drivers, and update delivery instructions.
• Assist with timekeeping and attendance management for warehouse staff.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance development for the Warehouse Team, applying progressive discipline when necessary.
• Ensure all Warehouse Team members are current on required training modules within the LMS.
• Utilize ERP system to efficiently distribute work amongst warehouse associates for pick, pack and build operations.
• Establish quality control measures to minimize order errors and achieve 90% Perfect Order Score.
• Train associates on MHE, LMS, and Supply Chain/Operations technology related to warehouse roles.
• Lead safety-focused operations for pick, pack, pull, and load activities while monitoring labor and safety culture.
• Problem-solve with team members with little guidance based on the situation.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse and fleet operations.
