Job summary

BradyPLUS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to assist the Warehouse Manager in daily distribution center operations. You will coordinate warehouse and transportation activities to maximize efficiency of equipment, facilities, and staff, ensuring daily performance targets are met or exceeded.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse/distribution experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate in one-on-one and small groups.
• Strong customer service skills to resolve issues.
• Experience operating forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks.
• Basic arithmetic and measurement skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and routing for next-day deliveries.
• Monitor inventory control for the shift.
• Assign workload and determine staffing levels.
• Measure and report on efficiency and performance.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager and transportation.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
