Job summary

W.W. Grainger, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a daytime outbound operations team at the Mira Loma, CA Distribution Center. You will coach up to 15 team members, ensure adherence to processes, and promote a safe, efficient, and engaged workplace.

You will report to the Manager, Distribution Process and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining Grainger's culture of safety and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• 3+ years leadership or supervisor experience in high-volume, multi‑shift distribution center.
• Lift 60+ lbs.
• Strong analytical and data-mining skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to coach and develop direct reports.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one daytime outbound operations team in a high-volume, multi‑shift distribution center.
• Coach and develop up to 15 team members to follow processes and improve performance.
• Promote safety, recognition, and a positive work culture.
• Lead and participate in process improvements and audits.
