Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic operations for a high-volume, multi-shift distribution center servicing 100,000+ customers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Branch Services to improve customer service and market strategies for supported branches.
• Direct DC leadership to standardize best practices across the network and ensure safety, quality, productivity, and positive employee relations.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization while ensuring compliance with state/federal laws and regulations.
