W. W. Grainger, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead our Outbound operations in a high-volume distribution center, Louisville, KY. You will supervise up to four salaried managers and influence up to a large non-exempt team to ensure on-time order fulfillment and cost efficiency.

The role emphasizes data-driven improvement, safety, and Lean/Six Sigma practices, with strong collaboration across teams. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of leadership in a busy warehouse are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• 3+ years progressively responsible management experience in a high volume, multi-shift operation.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee outbound (picking and packing) operations in a high-volume distribution center.
• Manage up to 4 salaried supervisors and provide leadership to up to 100 non-exempt employees.
• Ensure accurate product receipt, order fulfillment, and optimization of resources and processes.
• Identify process improvements and promote employee programs to engage and empower staff.
• Utilize production, safety, quality, cycle time, and financial data to improve performance and communicate issues to leadership.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN, DMAIC, and Six Sigma tools.
