W. W. Grainger, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Mira Loma, CA to lead a daytime outbound team in a high-volume distribution center. You will coach up to 15 team members, ensure adherence to processes, and drive improvements for on-time product fulfillment and cost efficiency.

The role emphasizes safety, recognition, and a positive work culture, reporting to a Manager, Distribution Process. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required with 3+ years of supervisory experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• 3+ years leadership or supervisor experience in high-volume, multi-shift distribution.
• Lift 60+ lbs may be needed.
• Self-motivated, analytical and data mining skills.
• Demonstrate and able to teach and develop direct reports.
• Strong time management to plan shift and use Excel for analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and analyze production, safety, quality, cycle time, and other data.
• Coach the team and provide opportunities for improvement.
• Support DC-wide projects and ensure deliverables meet dates.
