Job summary

W.W. Grainger, Inc. in Southaven, MS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead an outbound operations team in a high‑volume, multi‑shift distribution center.

You will coach up to 20 team members, ensure process adherence, and drive continuous improvement to deliver on-time customer orders. Reporting to a Manager, Distribution Process, you will develop your team, focus on safety, recognition, and a positive work culture while applying data analysis to production metrics and audits (OSHA/DOT/EPA)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• 2+ years leadership in high-volume, multi-shift distribution center.
• Lift 60+ lbs may be needed.
• Strong data mining and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze production, safety, quality, cycle time, and other data to understand team performance.
• Coach and develop team, identify opportunities to improve.
• Support DC-wide projects and ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
• Create a positive workplace culture with engagement, respect, and tools for success.
• Provide coaching through interviews, training, evaluations, and recognition.
• Demonstrate root-cause thinking and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Teach and train on standard processes to optimize customer experience.
• Follow audit systems to ensure OSHA, DOT, and EPA compliance.
