Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 50-100 direct report Amazon Associates.
• Mentor, motivate and develop team in a warehouse environment.
• Oversee shifts up to 12 hours and work nights/weekends/holidays as needed.
• Ensure safety, quality, attendance and performance targets are met.
• Coordinate with operations and maintain tools and processes for efficiency.
• Support and drive continuous improvement on the floor.
