Our client is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join their rapidly growing team. The Operations Supervisor will report directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for the execution of all activities on the production floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years warehouse experience including receiving, shipping, fulfillment, and inventory control.
• Leadership experience preferred with coaching and development of employees.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Knowledge of standard warehousing procedures and policies.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Determine production methods and labor levels to meet service deliverables.
• Supervise all operations personnel for productivity, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Plan daily activities with the operations manager and support teams.
• Ensure employees understand duties before each shift.
• Review production schedule and orders to maximize performance and meet client expectations.
• Set up operating lines at shift start for efficient use of labor and time.
• Interview, hire, and train new employees on your shift.
• Maintain safety and health protocols per OSHA and company policies.
• Uphold corporate quality standards, procedures, and work instructions.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
