Job summary

ThyssenKrupp Supply Chain SVC is seeking a seasoned warehouse leader to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations that meet customer expectations. You will implement plans with branch and corporate management to improve quality and productivity while aligning with company policies.

You will lead 6S/Lean initiatives, manage equipment, and mentor staff on safety and performance. The role requires travel to sites and close collaboration with Plant Managers.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with labor relations, safety programs, ISO standards, Lean practices.
• Leadership training in team building, strategic planning, finance and time management.
• PC literacy with standard office automation and productivity software.
• Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enforce safety, 6S and Lean initiatives across operations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and corporate guidelines.
• Drive reliability, quality, and productivity improvements with branch and corporate management.
• Hire, train, and develop warehouse staff; perform reviews as needed.
• Coordinate with Plant Managers and travel to sites as required.
