Thyssenkrupp Supply Chain Services, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations, enforce Lean 6S practices, and drive safety and efficiency on the shop floor in Walton Hills, Ohio.

The role requires a 4-year degree and leadership experience with a focus on continuous improvement, OSHA compliance, and reliable on-time shipping. Travel to sites and collaboration with plant management are expected; a competitive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree (Business or Engineering) or equivalent work/life experience.
• Experience in labor relations, safety programs, ISO standards, Lean practices.
• Leadership training in strategic planning, finance, time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to insure efficient, safe warehouse operation.
• Enforce plans and procedures to ensure safety of employees and visitors.
• Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and OSHA standards.
• Drive 6S/Lean initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Hire, train, motivate, and discipline warehouse staff as required.
• Communicate progress on safety, on-time shipment, and efficiency goals.
• Evaluate and recommend equipment purchases to improve productivity.
• Travel to sites and assist with customer issues and on-site visits as needed.
• Perform employee reviews and coordinate with Plant Manager on goals.
