Drive Medical is seeking a Warehouse Operations Leader to oversee order planning, staffing, and process management for durable medical goods. You will lead a team focused on safety, quality, and productivity from 7am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, ensuring accurate shipments and continuous improvement across the operation.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining SOPs, coordinating cross-functional work, and developing successors.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in Warehouse management.
• 2 years of experience in a position with occasional customer contact.
• Knowledge / experience in SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Preferred Certification in Lean/Six Sigma

Responsabilidades

• Establish a culture of advocating for continuous improvement on all levels.
• Manage workload for non-exempt employees.
• Develop and support warehouse best practices.
• Ensure correct shipment of all customer orders through training and coaching.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within the team to handle varying workloads.
• Develop people through training, mentoring, and performance reviews.
• Maintain communication and harmony amongst team members.
• Lead daily productivity meetings and visual boards.
• Ensure SOP compliance and safety procedures are followed.
• Interact with customers and vendors as needed.
• Operate with independent judgment and multi-task effectively.
