Job summary

You will oversee inventory control, SOP compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time shipments of canes, wheelchairs, beds, and respiratory products. Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in warehouse management required; SAP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience in Warehouse management
• 2 years in a role with occasional customer contact
• Knowledge/experience in SAP or similar ERP systems
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Establish a culture of continuous improvement across all levels
• Manage workload for non-exempt employees
• Develop and support warehouse best practices
• Ensure correct shipment of all customer orders; train pickers, billers, auditors, and others
• Collaborate cross-functionally within the team to handle varying workloads
• Develop people through training, mentoring, and performance coaching
• Maintain communication and harmony among team members
• Ensure SOPs are followed and safety procedures documented
