Job summary

CSS is seeking a Manager – Operations in the United States to lead a diverse team including Operations Associates and Drivers. You will ensure on-time order fulfillment, efficient shipping and receiving, and strong KPI performance while maintaining safety and compliance.

You will partner with Sales and other departments to align facility activities with market strategy and budgets, driving lean improvements and staff development in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years’ operations experience in distribution center facilities.
• Experience managing a group or team of individual contributors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of the location including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, inventory, and quality systems.
• Oversees multiple warehouse systems and value-added services as needed.
• Maintains a safe, secure, and inclusive workplace.
• Hires, coaches, mentors, and manages performance of employees.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and audit standards such as ISO 9000.
• Manages P&L to plan and drives lean efficiencies.
• Maintains facility readiness and preventative maintenance of equipment.
• Collaborates with Sales and other support departments to align with market strategy.
