Job summary

SAP experience and strong leadership are required to optimize costs and support production and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in warehouse/logistics or manufacturing operations.
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience.
• Experience with warehouse productivity and inventory management systems.
• Experience leading warehouse teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, material handling, picking, shipping, and cycle counting.
• Ensure material availability to support production schedules and customer commitments.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy and transaction discipline.
• Develop and implement warehouse best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and improve warehouse KPIs, including productivity, inventory accuracy, service levels, and on-time delivery.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors, team leaders, and personnel.
• Establish performance expectations and accountability across the organization.
• Promote engagement and continuous improvement culture.
• Support recruiting, training, workforce planning, and succession development.
