Job summary
The Franke Group is actively seeking an Operations Supervisor to assist the Warehouse Manager in all warehouse activities and leadership. You will guide and develop staff to meet production standards and quality expectations while aligning with corporate goals.
Responsibilities include overseeing receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control; driving continuous improvement; coordinating with departments and HR; and managing schedules and staffing to ensure reliable
Qualifications
- AS/AA degree in Industrial, Business or Related Field.
- 4-6 years’ experience in warehousing/operations.
- Lean warehousing operations experience.
- Forklift certification as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead all warehouse operations: receiving, stocking, picking, packing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with departments to meet customer needs.
- Implement strategic plans in warehouse.
- Manage staff hours, schedules and headcount.
