Job summary

Franke LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Warehouse Manager in Smyrna, TN. You will lead all warehouse functions, drive process improvements, ensure inventory accuracy and supervise a team to meet daily production standards.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on warehouse leadership experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proven track record in managing staff and processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Management knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership and coordination.
• Clerical proficiency in word processing, records management, forms design.
• Computer literacy including software applications and programming concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, quality control and shipping.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and coordinate with departments to meet customer needs.
• Manage staff hours, schedules and headcount for volume requirements.
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments, ensure accurate receipts and stocking.
