Job summary

Franke LLC is seeking a Senior Finance Manager – Operations to serve as the finance business partner for U.S. manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, procurement, inventory management, and distribution.

You will drive performance through cost management, inventory optimization, working capital improvement, and financial planning across the North American network. You will coordinate with Plant Controller–Mexico to align processes, reporting, and controls, ensuring consistent KPI definitions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred.
• 7-10+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Significant experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Experience working in multi-site manufacturing environments strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with U.S. operational leadership to improve financial and operational performance.
• Lead financial support for warehouse, logistics, supply chain, procurement/purchasing, and manufacturing activities in the U.S.
• Provide analysis and recommendations regarding productivity, efficiency, and cost improvement initiatives.
• Support operational decision-making through data-driven financial analysis.
• Coordinate financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis across U.S. and Mexico sites.
• Monitor inventory levels, turns, and working capital.
• Prepare monthly operating reviews and management presentations.
