Nbutexas in Lewisville, TX is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to build and scale a high-performance operation supporting manufacturing of large-scale electrical infrastructure and modular data center systems.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, this role will transform the warehouse from a reactive, parts-finding function into a proactive, data-driven operation that supports production speed, accuracy, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree acceptable; hands-on experience valued.
• 5–8+ years in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing operations with leadership.
• Experience in high-count or complex assembly environments.
• Proven improvements in inventory accuracy and material flow.
• Partner with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality as peers.
• Strong ERP/MRP knowledge (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, M1) and Excel proficiency.
• OSHA awareness and forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience with bar code/QR systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, material handling, and inventory control.
• Establish ≥98% inventory accuracy through cycle counting and ERP/WMS integrity.
• Design and implement a proactive kitting system delivering kits 24 hours ahead of build schedules.
• Standardize workflows with SOPs for receiving, staging, storage, picking, and shipping.
• Create a visual warehouse with clear labeling and zones; locate parts under 60 seconds.
• Lead Lean continuous improvement to reduce waste and optimize material flow.
• Lead inbound/outbound logistics; package, label, crate, and ship within 24 hours of QC.
• Collaborate with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team with accountability and training.
• Foster culture of respect, communication, teamwork, safety, and accountability.
• Develop future leads and supervisors through coaching and development.
