Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, shipping, and inventory execution
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity performance through disciplined daily management and KPI reviews
• Lead, coach, and develop managers of managers while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Monitor operational performance using KPIs such as throughput, labor productivity, inventory accuracy, dock-to-stock, order accuracy, and on-time shipment
• Partner with Customer Service, Inventory, Transportation, and Materials to resolve operational constraints and improve customer service performance
• Drive root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions for operational issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA requirements, and company policies
• Oversee continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse layout, material flow, labor utilization, and operating processes
• Develop and maintain standard work, operating procedures (SOPs), and operational controls
• Support peak planning, workforce planning, and resource allocation to meet business demands
• Lead additional projects and initiatives as assigned by the Plant Manager
