Job summary

Prime Controls is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, warehousing, and shipping operations at our Lewisville, TX location. You will manage materials flow, coordinate with construction management, and ensure safe, compliant warehouse practices.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 3 years of warehouse management experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong communication and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/equivalent.
• 3 years’ experience in warehouse management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and follow-through skills.
• Extremely organized and able to handle multiple tasks at a time.
• Work well under pressure and daily deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials and manage packing slips and documentation.
• Organize warehouse for easy accessibility and tracking.
• Unload materials using forklift or pallet jack and store properly.
• Generate Materials Transfer Documents with model/serial numbers/photos.
• Coordinate inventory activities and participate in branch-wide inventories.
• Work with Construction management on deliveries and drive trucks with trailers when needed.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment per OSHA and company policies.
