Eckart LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement. You will manage receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control while coordinating cross-functional teams to meet budgetary goals and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, inventory knowledge, and the ability to implement Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to boost efficiency across a fast-paced operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years logistics experience; 5+ years warehouse ops management desired.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Understanding of inventory management and shipping logistics systems.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily warehouse functions including receiving, picking, packing, shipping and inventory control.
• Develop and implement inventory strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure health and safety compliance with audits and training.
• Prepare and manage budgets for warehouse operations.
• Communicate with procurement, logistics, and customer service to streamline operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on warehouse operations.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
